Over Valentine’s weekend we went to Bert Adams Camp. It was supposed to rain all day but it only rained at night. However the severe weather sirens at five in the morning gave us the fright of our lives as well as a good example for why we need to know what to do and where to go during dangerous weather (we crammed 10 people in a single bathroom stall) . We did the fingerprinting merit badge and other advancements. This was a scout’s first time camping and we promise that this normally doesn’t happen.
